Payment Policy

• Initial deposit – 40% of Total Tour cost to confirm your booking with us.
• 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.
• Payments can be made by Online, Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of “Travel Across Oceans”
• No refund on any unused transportation any services in any circumstances.
• Air Tickets are Nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy

• All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
• If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation.
• 45 days or more prior to the departure 15%
• 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
• 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
• 15-07 days prior to the departure 100% of the tour cost Or a No Show on the tour 100% of the tour cost
• Note: Once the Airline is Non Refundable the above cancellation & Airfare amount should be considered.

• The above is just a quote and no services are confirmed at this point of time.  Suggested itineraries and the combinations are numerous and can be tailor made according to your needs and budgets.
• Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
• All services will be subject to availability at the time of booking
• In Hill station places (like Shimla, Manali, Nainital, Kausani, Munnar, Thekkady, Kashmir) the AC facility will not be there in the rooms.
• At some places and at some hotels the higher category rooms are there with AC but that will be possible with the supplement cost.
• Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
• Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
• Blackout Dates: On Diwali & from 21 Dec – 03 Jan, the Supplement will be applicable for the High Peak Season, Please confirm the rate with company.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms, supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing Or higher category rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.
• Services will be given in exchange of Original vouchers/Itinerary only.
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
• There is No Refund for un utilized Service
• All cost are per person based on twin sharing
• Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
• On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
• Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.(no cot)
• Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified or specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining Or having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
• Shall not be liable for any aspect of the arrangements made, and in particular for illness, injury, accident, death, damage, delay, additional expenses, or loss of whatever kind you may suffer due to circumstances beyond our control.
• All passengers are supposed to report at the International airport at least 3 hours before the schedule time of International flight and 2 hours before the schedule time of domestic flight.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Travel Across Oceans is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• Rates Not valid on Peak season & Festive Period
• The Supplement will be applicable for the Peak Season & Festival Period.

• Written   cancellation   will   accept   on   all   working   days,   except   Sunday,   Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).
• For the X-mas and new year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
• In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from   the   hoteliers/   contractors   we   patronize.   For   unused   hotel   accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund

TRAVELLING TIPS FOR BALI TOUR WITH PRIVATE POOL VILLA:-

• Valid Photo Id (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Id/Passport) with 02 Xerox copies if needed.
• At the time of booking bring Birth Certificate of child traveling below 5 yrs
• Sun’s Screen lotion, Sun glasses, comfortable Sports Shoes, Umbrella/Windcheater, etc.
• Carry your Regular Basic medicines & Basic First Aid Kit with you.
• Carry winter, summer & monsoon wears as per weather – Sun’s Screen lotion, Sun glasses, comfortable Sports Shoes, Umbrella/Windcheater, etc.
• We will serve you our best of service however as per unpredictable weather and hill station road conditions, hotels & vehicles are more weak than any other place in India so don’t keep higher luxury expectations in this sector.
