Itinerary

Day 1ARRIVE PORT BLAIR

On arrival at Port Blair Airport, Our driver will welcome you at port Blair Airport and transfer to hotel On arrival check into hotel and freshen up.
Post Lunch, proceed to the nearest Beach, Corbyn’s Cove, drive to this beach is awesome, a stretch of around 4 Km with an open sea towards your left is a sight to experience. Take pit stops during this ride to click pictures and to explore the beauty. Later proceed to attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Day 2PORT BLAIR – NEIL ISLAND

After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep), by MV Makruzz cruise or similar. On arrival check in at hotel. Rest & refresh yourself. After that, we will start the sightseeing of Neil Island, visit Bharatpur Beach and Sitapur Beach and Laxmanpur beach firstly we cover, Bharatpur Beach. The closest white sand beach to Neil dock, Bharatpur beach. Then, visit to Sitapur beach which is a perfect picturesque beach for travelers. We also visit Laxmanpur beach. Known as the sunset point at Neil Island, Laxmanpur beach is a vast open white sand beach. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

Day 3NEIL ISLAND – HAVELOCK

After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) by MV Makruzz cruise or similar. On arrival check in at hotel, after that we will visit Radhanagar beach, Radhanagar Beach on the western coast, also known as Number seven Beach. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4HAVELOCK

Today we will visit Kalapathar Beach, One of the unique beaches of Havelock. Later then visit Elephant Beach (Subject to operational), located 4.9 km from Havelock, Elephant Beach in Andaman is a peaceful spot where you can soak into the lullaby of sapphire waves. Dinner & Overnight stay at Havelock.

Day 5HAVELOCK – PORT BLAIR

After breakfast, proceed to Port Blair by ferry. On arrival check in at hotel & after fresh and up driven to Ross Island, located 3 km east of port Blair, Ross Island, officially known as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Island, is an island of the Andaman Islands. Next visit Kala pani Muesum also visit Chidiya Tapu, also known as “Sunset Point” and “Bird Island,” is one of the best places to see the sunset in Port Blair. Drive back to your hotel in the evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 6PORT BLAIR – MUMBAI / DEPARTURE

After breakfast and checkout from hotel, transfer to Port Blair airport to board your home flight with wonderful memories of your tour conducted by Travel Across Oceans.

Payment Policy

  • Initial deposit – 40% of Total Tour cost to confirm your booking with us.
  • 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.
  • Payments can be made by Online, Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favour of “Travel Across Oceans”
  • No refund on any unused transportation any services in any circumstances.
  • Air Tickets are Nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.
  • If circumstances make you cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following cancellation.
  • 45 days or more prior to the departure 15%
  • 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
  • 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
  • 15-07 days prior to the departure 100% of the tour cost Or a No Show on the tour 100% of the tour cost
  • Note: Once the Airline is Non Refundable the above cancellation & Airfare amount should be considered.

  • The above is just a quote and no services are confirmed at this point of time.  Suggested itineraries and the combinations are numerous and can be tailor made according to your needs and budgets.
  • Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
  • All services will be subject to availability at the time of booking
  • In Hill station places (like Shimla , Manali , Nainital , Kausani , Munnar, Thekkady, Kashmir ) the AC facility will not be there in the rooms.
  • At some places and at some hotels the higher category rooms are there with AC but that will be possible with the supplement cost.
  • Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
  • Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
  • Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
  • Blackout Dates: On Diwali & from 21 Dec – 03 Jan, the Supplement will be applicable for the High Peak Season, Please confirm the rate with company.
  • Room Rates based on Standard Rooms, supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing Or higher category rooms.

  • Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.

  • Car cost is counted as per children & adults sharing a car
  • On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
  • Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.(no cot)
  • Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
  • If accommodation is not available in the identified or specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining Or having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
  • Shall not be liable for any aspect of the arrangements made, and in particular for illness, injury, accident, death, damage, delay, additional expenses, or loss of whatever kind you may suffer due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • All passengers are supposed to report at the International airport at least 3 hours before the schedule time of International flight and 2 hours before the schedule time of domestic flight.
  • If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Travel Across Oceans is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
  • Rates Not valid on Peak season & Festive Period
